Project
Villa Rose – otherwise known as the Pink Villa is a historical mansion dating back to the 19th century in the heart of Beirut. It is owned by the French government and currently leased to ESA. Restorations had to be done for expansion and integration of this villa with the campus.
Challenge
The challenge was to incorporate high technology products within a historical setting. There were numerous limitations such as false ceiling height, dedicated locations for installation and the fact that the services had to be completed in phases that were in parallel to the restoration works.
To surpass these challenges, we had to work hand in hand with the contractors on-site starting from the technical drawings all the way to the execution phase of the project. Our full coordination with all concerned parties alongside our sound work planning allowed for a smooth and successful project progress and completion.
